WSEH LADIES CLAW BACK CRUCIAL POINTS IN UK LEAGUE PREMIER DIVISION

The UK Women’s National League team from Windsor Slough Eton & Hounslow A.C. (WSEH) had a great day in Manchester on Saturday and their fourth place in the eight team match, has given them a life line to maintain their prestigious Premier Division status.
Fourth place in the match reflects where the team should be, on paper, in the standings of the top 8 teams in the UK that make up the Premier Division.

In the second match of the 2008 British League season, which was held at Eton, the men of WSEH were found wanting as a team but individually all performed well with our only winner being Julian Golley in the Triple Jump. League debuts were made by Under 17’s, Ashley Fry (400m Hurdles) and David Harvey (Long Jump) and new signing, Rob Berry (Steeplechase).

Personal Bests were attained by both Steve Johnson (400m) and Multi-eventer, Tom Reynolds (Discus).

Membership subscriptions for the 2008 season were due 1st April 2008.
We would ask those members who have still to pay their 2008 subscriptions, to please make prompt payment by handing their completed renewal form and the relevant amount to any Club Official on club training nights.
