The WSEH Mens B team climbed to the top of the league table with a decisive victory in their Southern Mens League div 1 match at Eton on Saturday.

Mens Britsh Athletic League Div 1 – West London Stadium
The WSEH AC Senior Mens A team consolidated their Top 3 position of the British Mens League Division match at the West London Stadium on Saturday, with an excellent 3rd place finish.

Upper Youth Development League – Bromley
WSEH AC’s U20/17 team in the second match in the Youth Development League, Southern Premier Division, showed improvement by finishing in 4th place, keeping alive hopes of making the League finals in Birmingham in September.

The best sprint results came in the 100m where Nathan Gilbert clocked 11.0secs to take 2nd in the U20 race whilst Cezary Apicio’s 11.74secs gained the same placing in the U17 100m.

County Championships
WSEH AC emerged with over 40m County Champions at the weekend from the County Championships taking place at various venues. With some results yet to be published the tally could be even higher. The medal count was also hit by the clash with the Bedford Games which saw a dozen or so of WSEH’s top athletes in action.

Mens Southern League Div 1
The WSEH Mens B team travelled to Yeovil in the West country for the second in their Southern Mens League Div 1 series of matches intent on maintaining their challenge for a place in the league finals. The young team consolidated their position at the top of the table with an excellent 2nd place.

The WSEH AC Mens A team travelled to Cardiff on Saturday to contest their opening British Athle4tic League Division 1 match, producing an encouraging 3rd place in the eight team match, their best start for several years.
